Breanna Flake Guntert joined Saxony Partners in mid-2017 as a business development executive for the firm’s real estate practice.
“I wanted to be a part of something great,” Breanna says. “The opportunity Saxony offered was something I couldn’t pass up.”
Breanna’s primary job is to build a relationship with her clients. Together, they identify goals and challenges, and Breanna then syncs those goals and challenges with Saxony’s services. In less than two years, Breanna went from being completely new to the real estate industry, to signing 15 large commercial real estate clients.
“Being a woman in a male-dominated industry, I believe I bring a different perspective on how to create and maintain relationships,” she says. “I knew nothing about real estate when I first started, but I did know how to sell and how to create relationships. As I've gotten more comfortable with the industry, I can honestly say that I have fallen in love with it.”
Over the past couple of years, Breanna has seen first-hand how Saxony delivers results on behalf of its real estate clients. The company’s real estate practice is led by veterans from the industry – they can identify the challenges that are endemic to the industry because they’ve seen them in their own careers. At the same time, Saxony’s deep bench of technology experts can build and implement digital solutions to common problems related to business processes and data governance.
“There is nobody that knows the space better than we do,” Breanna says. “We know what systems are being run and which ones should be used. We know the reports the business needs to run, and all the ins-and-outs that make a commercial real estate business successful."
Outside of the office, you’ll find Breanna and her husband spending quality time with their son. She’s a certified yoga instructor and an Oklahoma Sooner.
