Andrew Chumley came to Saxony Partners in June 2013 after nearly seven years at Goldman Sachs’ Archon Group, where he served as a business analyst and project manager for real estate asset management and loan asset management.
At Saxony, Andrew serves as a senior manager for our real estate practice.
“I joined Saxony because it was an opportunity to work with some of my good friends and former colleagues from Goldman Sachs,” Andrew says. “I wanted to be a part of building something special.”
At Goldman/Archon, Andrew worked with both business and technology groups to support various business applications, including a global real estate management platform, as well as a proprietary Excel financial model framework.
“During my time at Archon/Goldman, I had the opportunity to work alongside some of the best real estate operators in the world,” Andrew says. “I worked on both the business and technology sides of the firm and was part of diverse teams that provided robust solutions to real challenges.”
Here at Saxony, Andrew has been involved in similar projects aimed at property management and business analysis for commercial and multi-family real estate. Whether it’s delivering a custom asset management solution for an international firm with over $35 billion in assets under management, or creating a suite of operational and financial reporting tools for a leading multi-family real estate group – clients trust Andrew and his 20 years of real estate experience.
“We have a really talented group of people who are delivering tangible value to our clients,” Andrew says. “I’m glad to be a part of it each day.”
Andrew graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in business administration. Outside the office, you’ll likely find Andrew spending quality time with his wife and kids. His hobbies include playing tennis, reading biographies, traveling, and spending time in the great outdoors.
