Kevin Tran serves as a senior manager of consulting for the real estate practice at Saxony Partners. He joined the firm in 2015 as a senior consultant.
“When I first arrived, it was a much smaller company,” Kevin remembers. “I remember thinking how much it felt like a family. And even though we’ve grown since that time, we’ve managed to perpetuate that same feeling. The individuals who work here truly care about each other and want to see each other succeed.”
What differentiates Saxony Partners from other real estate consulting firms is the combination of industry knowledge and technological expertise. Whereas other firms have either/or, Saxony has both. Our consultants come from the industries we serve – in this case, real estate.
Kevin, for example, arrived with a well-established background working for large real estate companies. Prior to joining Saxony, he served as an analyst and project manager for Invitation Homes. Before that, he was a consultant for RealFoundations. In total, Kevin has more than a decade of experience managing multiple enterprise-level projects in commercial real estate and other related industries.
He has led multiple project teams, providing services to regional, national and global firms. In addition, Kevin has experience in process improvement, vendor selections, custom application development, system implementations, strategic roadmaps, and training.
“Here, we prioritize communication and foster a sense of communal responsibility," Kevin says. "We actively want our peers to succeed. Everyone pitches in and plays a pivotal role in the success of each project and the company as a whole.”
Kevin graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He’ll be the one you spot in our office wearing Jayhawks’ apparel. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find Kevin spending quality time with family and friends, playing soccer or golf, and tackling his home improvement chore list.
